Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to the prompts and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Sharing

When you share prompts or collections with other users or publish to the marketplace, you grant those users the right to view, use, and (if permitted) copy your content.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to create or share content that:

• Contains malicious code or harmful instructions
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Harasses or discriminates against others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Prompt Blaster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension operates on third-party websites (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Use of these websites is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Blaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
